These terms govern your use of kablsolutions.com and any services provided by KABL Solutions. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract prior to work starting. These general terms apply alongside that agreement.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed via milestone or monthly invoicing. Late payments may pause active work until settled.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. KABL Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party services
Where a project uses third-party infrastructure — payment gateways, email delivery, hosting providers — the client is bound by that provider's own terms in addition to ours.
Liability
We aim for accuracy and reliability in everything we build, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work.
